Go to app.silex.legal/signup and create your account. A confirmation email is sent automatically the moment the account is created. ### Is there a free trial? Yes. Silex offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No payment card is required to start. ### What happens at the end of the trial? A Silex trial never converts automatically into a paid subscription. It simply ends at its term: your access stops at that moment and nothing is charged to you. There is nothing for you to do and nothing to cancel. ### Can my trial be extended? Trial extensions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact [support@silex.legal](mailto:support@silex.legal), explain what you still need to test, and the team will let you know what is possible. ### I have a promotional code for a free month. Where do I enter it? Not in your profile — a promotional code is entered during the subscription checkout. Note that a payment card has to be registered at that step even when the first month is free. ### How do I subscribe once I have decided? In the application, click your initials in the bottom-left corner, then select **Subscription**. Choose your plan and billing frequency, then enter your payment method. ### Are there reduced rates for students and trainees? Yes, Silex offers reduced rates for eligible students and trainees. See the dedicated article on the student and trainee rate for eligibility criteria and how to apply. ### What happens to my data if I do not subscribe? Your data is safe: nothing is deleted automatically. Your conversations remain in your account until you choose to delete them.
