You can download your invoices at any time from the Stripe billing page. To access it, sign in to Silex, click your initials at the bottom left, open the **Subscription** section, and click **Manage my subscription**. On the Stripe page that opens, scroll to the bottom to find and download all your invoices. ### Are invoices sent to me by email? It depends on how you subscribed. If you subscribed yourself from the website, with no involvement from the Silex team, no invoice email is sent — your invoices remain available at any time from your account, through Manage my subscription. If your subscription was set up with the Silex team, you receive the invoice by email at the moment of subscription. ## Why have I not received an invoice by email after subscribing myself? Nothing is wrong: self-serve subscriptions do not trigger an invoice email. Download the invoice from Manage my subscription, at the bottom of the Stripe page. ## What should I do if my invoice shows the wrong address or name? Write to support@silex.legal with the details as they should appear. The team will re-issue the invoice with the corrected information and send it to you. ### Can my firm receive a single invoice for several users? It depends on how the subscriptions were set up. If each person subscribed individually from the website, each subscription is invoiced separately. If the licences were set up for you by the Silex team, they are generally grouped on a single invoice. To consolidate existing individual subscriptions, contact support@silex.legal. ## How do I get an invoice for a period before I had access to the platform? Write to support@silex.legal specifying the period concerned and the team will send it to you. ### Is VAT shown on the invoice? Yes.
