Silex is offered as Solo, Team and Enterprise, plus custom arrangements for larger organisations. Plans differ in the number of seats, the credit allowance for Toolkit agents, and the storage included for Silo. ## Is chat usage limited? No. Chat questions are unlimited on standard plans. The only exception is the student plan, which is capped at a fixed number of questions per month (see your plan details for the current limit). ## What are credits for? Credits are consumed by the Toolkit agents, not by the chat. They are pooled at organisation level, they roll over from month to month and do not expire, and a credit is returned if a job fails. Additional credit packs can be purchased when you need more. ## Are there preferential conditions for a firm? Yes. Group conditions apply from a minimum number of users; contact support@silex.legal or your Silex contact for the current threshold and terms. Contact support@silex.legal or your Silex contact to have them applied to your organisation. ## Prices have changed. Does that affect my current subscription? A price change never applies during a period you have already paid for. It takes effect only at your renewal, and you are informed before that date. ## Is VAT included in the prices shown? Prices are stated excluding VAT. Swiss VAT at the applicable rate is added on your invoice. ### Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. Annual billing is offered at a lower effective rate than monthly.
