# Tracking credit usage and exporting it as CSV

## Where the Owner and administrators follow credit consumption per user and per period, and how to export it as CSV.

### Where do I see credit usage?

In **Manage organization** (Owner and administrators only):

- The **Credits used** column of the **Users** table shows what each user consumed this month.
- The **Credits used this month** card shows: 
    - **Plan allocation / month**: the credits your plan grants each month;
    - **Consumed**: credits used over the selected period;
    - **Remaining**: your current balance;
    - **Global usage this month**: a bar comparing consumption with your available credits;
    - **Top consumers**: the users who used the most credits over the period.

### Why can Remaining be higher than my monthly allocation?

Unused credits roll over from month to month, so your balance also includes credits left over from previous months.

### How do I change the period?

Use the selector at the top right of the card (**This month** by default). You can choose this week, this month, the last 3, 6 or 12 months, or all time.

### How do I export the figures?

Choose the period, then click **Export CSV**. The file covers the selected period.

### What consumes credits?

The Toolkit agents. Chat questions do not consume credits.

### The figures do not match what I expect.
