# Understanding your anonymized results and exporting

## How long the Document Anonymizer takes, where to find your finished result, which placeholders it uses, and how to export your anonymized document.

## How long does processing take?

Processing time depends on document length and complexity. Most documents are ready within a few minutes. The agent runs in the background via **Async Mode**, so you do not need to stay on the screen. You can run multiple agents in parallel — check your plan details for the current limit on simultaneous jobs.

### Do I have to stay on the screen while it processes?

No. You can navigate freely within Silex after launching the job. You will receive a notification when your result is ready. You can run up to three agents in parallel at the same time.

## Where do I find my result once it's ready?

Completed results appear in the sidebar under the Tools tab, which shows a badge when a job is complete. Click on the completed job to view your anonymized document.

## What placeholders does the Anonymizer use?

Identified sensitive data is replaced with labeled placeholders, including \[NAME\] (names), \[DATE\] (dates), \[ADR\] (addresses), \[MT\] (monetary amounts), and \[NUM\] (reference/registration numbers).

## What export options are available?

- Copy — copies the full anonymized text to your clipboard
- Download DOCX — downloads an editable Word file
- Download PDF — downloads a print-ready PDF

### Is the original formatting preserved?

Yes. The Anonymizer is designed to preserve the document's original structure — headings, sections, numbering, paragraph layout — in both DOCX and PDF outputs. If you notice formatting issues, report them via the in-app feedback tool or contact support@silex.legal.

### Can I edit the anonymized document after downloading?

Yes. Download the DOCX version to make further edits in Microsoft Word or any compatible editor — recommended if you need to review or adjust any placeholder replacements manually.
