The Meeting Minutes agent is located in the Toolkit section of the Silex app. Open the Toolkit tab from the sidebar, then select the Meeting Minutes card to launch it. ### What audio formats are supported? The following formats are accepted: FLAC, MP3, MP4, MPEG, M4A, OGG, WAV, WEBM. This covers the most common audio and video recording formats, including files exported from WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams, voice memo apps, and most recording software. ### Is there a file size or recording length limit? The maximum file size is 100 MB. There is no explicit recording length limit, but the 100 MB cap will naturally limit very long recordings — file size depends on the format and bitrate, so a compressed MP3 can accommodate much longer recordings than an uncompressed WAV at the same file size. ### How do I select the meeting language? At the top of the upload screen, use the "Meeting language" dropdown to select the spoken language of your recording. Available options are French, English, Italian, and German. Always select the language that matches the audio — the transcription quality depends on it. ### What if my recording contains multiple languages? The agent is optimized for single-language recordings. Select the dominant language of the meeting. Passages spoken in a different language may be transcribed with reduced accuracy. For bilingual meetings, consider splitting the recording by language segment if precision is critical. ### How do I upload my audio file? Select the meeting language, then either drag and drop your audio file into the upload area, or click "search on your device" to browse. Once the file is loaded, click "Start" to begin processing. ### Can I upload a video file? Yes. MP4 and MPEG video formats are supported. The agent extracts the audio track from the video for transcription.
