The Meeting Minutes agent takes an audio recording — a meeting, a client appointment, a consultation, or personal notes — and produces a structured, ready-to-use transcript package. The output is organized into five tabs: a General Summary, a detailed Summary, a list of Action items, a list of Important topics, and the full Transcription. All tabs are available to copy, download as PDF, or download as DOCX. ### How accurate is the transcription? Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, speaker clarity, and the complexity of legal terminology used. In good audio conditions, accuracy is high. Poor microphone quality, overlapping speech, or strong accents may reduce accuracy. Always review the Transcription tab before sharing or relying on it professionally. ### The Action items or Summary seem incomplete or inaccurate. Why? The Summary, Action, and Important topic tabs are generated by AI based on the transcript. If the transcript itself contains errors, those will cascade into the structured outputs. Very dense or fast-paced conversations may also result in some items being missed. Review the full Transcription tab as the primary source of truth. ### Can the agent handle recordings with significant background noise? The agent will attempt to transcribe the recording regardless of noise levels, but accuracy decreases with poor audio quality. For best results, use recordings made with a close microphone in a quiet environment. ### Is speaker identification (diarization) supported? Yes.
