[Compte, organisation et facturation](https://146283117.hs-sites-eu1.com/fr/knowledge-base/d%C3%A9pannage?hsLang=fr#compte-organisation-et-facturation) # Problèmes d'invitation : « cet utilisateur appartient déjà à une organisation » ## Pourquoi une invitation échoue quand la personne a déjà un compte Silex, et comment l'équipe migre ce compte dans votre organisation. ### **J'invite un collègue et un message m'indique que l'utilisateur appartient déjà à une organisation.** Ce message signifie que la personne a déjà son propre compte Silex, créé par exemple pour un essai ou un abonnement individuel. Un compte existant ne peut pas être rattaché à une organisation depuis l'interface. Ce n'est pas un bug, c'est le fonctionnement prévu : l'équipe Silex effectue la migration manuellement. ### **Comment régler le problème ?** Écrivez à [support@silex.legal](mailto:support@silex.legal) en indiquant l'adresse e-mail exacte du compte existant et l'organisation qu'il doit rejoindre. L'équipe effectue la migration. La personne apparaît ensuite parmi vos collaborateurs et utilise l'une de vos licences. ### **Mon collègue peut-il plutôt rejoindre l'organisation lui-même ?** Non. Un compte existant ne peut en aucun cas se rattacher lui-même à une organisation : il faut toujours passer par l'équipe Silex. ### **Mon collègue n'a pas de compte Silex. Que faire ?** Dans ce cas, aucune intervention n'est nécessaire du côté de Silex. Invitez-le depuis **Gérer mon organisation** : il crée son compte directement à partir de l'invitation. ### **J'ai invité une personne qui n'a pas de compte, et l'invitation n'est jamais arrivée.** C'est une autre situation, qui ne devrait pas se produire. Demandez d'abord à la personne de vérifier ses courriers indésirables, puis supprimez l'invitation et envoyez-la à nouveau. Si la deuxième invitation n'arrive pas non plus, contactez [support@silex.legal](mailto:support@silex.legal) : ce cas doit être examiné. ### **Mon collègue perdra-t-il ses conversations lors de la migration ?** Non.
