Chaque utilisateur d'une organisation a un rôle. Ce rôle détermine ce qu'il peut faire et s'il occupe une licence payante. Le rôle de chaque utilisateur apparaît dans la colonne **Rôle** de **Gérer l'organisation**. ### **Quels sont les quatre rôles ?** - **Propriétaire** : gère l'organisation et utilise Silex. Il y a un seul propriétaire par organisation. Occupe une licence payante. - **Administrateur** : gère l'organisation et utilise Silex. Occupe une licence payante. - **Admin · Gestion uniquement** : gère l'organisation, mais n'utilise pas Silex. N'occupe pas de licence et porte la mention **Non facturé**. - **Membre** : utilise Silex, sans accès à l'administration de l'organisation. Occupe une licence payante. ### **Que peuvent faire les administrateurs ?** Le propriétaire et les administrateurs (y compris **Admin · Gestion uniquement**) peuvent : - inviter des utilisateurs et choisir leur rôle ; - modifier le rôle d'un utilisateur et supprimer des utilisateurs ; - suivre la consommation de crédits et l'exporter en CSV ; - configurer l'authentification unique (SSO) ; - connecter le Silo de l'organisation depuis **Applications connectées**. Seul le propriétaire peut transférer la propriété. Un administrateur ne peut ni supprimer un autre administrateur, ni modifier son rôle. ### **Que voit un administrateur « gestion uniquement » ?** Uniquement l'espace d'administration (**Gérer l'organisation**, **Applications connectées**) et la FAQ. Le chat, la recherche de sources, la Toolkit et les agents sont masqués. Ce rôle convient aux personnes qui gèrent votre compte Silex sans faire de travail juridique, comme un responsable RH ou un administrateur informatique. ### **Pourquoi n'est-il pas facturé ?** Comme il n'utilise pas Silex, il n'occupe pas de licence et n'est pas compté dans **sièges utilisés**. Vous pouvez en ajouter sans coût supplémentaire, même si toutes vos licences sont occupées. ### **Comment attribuer un rôle ?** Lors de l'invitation (**Inviter un utilisateur** › **Rôle**), ou ensuite via **⋮** › **Rôle** à côté du nom de l'utilisateur.
