[Compte, organisation et facturation](https://help.silex.legal/fr/knowledge-base/forfaits-et-facturation?hsLang=fr#compte-organisation-et-facturation) # Forfaits, licences et ce qui est inclus ## Comment les forfaits Silex sont structurés, ce que chacun inclut en licences, crédits et stockage, et quand un changement de prix s'applique à vous. ### **Quels forfaits existent ?** Silex est proposé en Solo, Team et Enterprise, ainsi que sous forme d'offres sur mesure pour les grandes organisations. Les forfaits se distinguent par le nombre de licences, le volume de crédits pour les agents de la Toolkit et l'espace de stockage inclus pour Silo. ### **L'utilisation du chat est-elle limitée ?** Non. Les questions au chat sont illimitées sur les forfaits standard. Seule exception : le forfait Étudiant, plafonné à un nombre fixe de questions par mois (consultez le détail de votre forfait pour connaître la limite actuelle). ### **À quoi servent les crédits ?** Les crédits sont consommés par les agents de la Toolkit, pas par le chat. Votre forfait vous accorde une allocation mensuelle de crédits. Les crédits sont mis en commun au niveau de l'organisation, ils sont reportés d'un mois à l'autre sans jamais expirer, et un crédit est restitué si une tâche échoue. Vous pouvez acheter des packs de crédits supplémentaires si vous en avez besoin. ### **Chaque administrateur a-t-il besoin d'une licence ?** Non. Un **Admin · Gestion uniquement** gère l'organisation (utilisateurs, rôles, crédits, SSO, connexion du Silo) sans utiliser Silex pour le travail juridique, et n'occupe pas de licence. Le propriétaire, les administrateurs et les membres occupent chacun une licence payante. ### **Existe-t-il des conditions préférentielles pour une étude ?** Oui. Des conditions de groupe s'appliquent à partir d'un nombre minimum d'utilisateurs. Contactez [support@silex.legal](mailto:support@silex.legal) ou votre interlocuteur Silex pour connaître le seuil et les conditions en vigueur, et pour les faire appliquer à votre organisation. ### **Les prix ont changé. Cela concerne-t-il mon abonnement actuel ?** Un changement de prix ne s'applique jamais à une période que vous avez déjà payée. Il prend effet uniquement à votre renouvellement, et vous en êtes informé avant cette date. ### **La TVA est-elle incluse dans les prix affichés ?** Les prix sont indiqués hors TVA. La TVA suisse au taux applicable est ajoutée sur votre facture. ### **Puis-je passer d'une facturation mensuelle à une facturation annuelle ?** Oui. La facturation annuelle est proposée à un tarif effectif inférieur à celui de la facturation mensuelle.
