The Document Translator is free for all active Silex subscribers except Student plans, alongside the other Toolkit agents.

Yes. All four Toolkit agents — including the Translator — are free at launch except for Student plan.
Do I need a specific Silex plan to access the Translator?
The Translator is available to all active Silex subscribers except Student plan. If you don't see the Toolkit in your interface, try refreshing the page or contact support@silex.legal.
