Querying your SharePoint by Silex documents in the chat
Re-synchronise newly added documents from Connected apps, then attach your folder with the + button: Silex only uses the documents you attach.
Before querying your documents Re-synchronise the documents you have just added, from Connected apps in Silex in the "...". Synchronisation also runs automatically about every 30 minutes, but re-synchronising makes sure your latest documents are available before you ask your question.
How do I ask a question about my documents?
In the chat, click the + button, choose Add from SharePoint by Silex, and select the folder concerned — your personal space, or the matter folder. Then ask your question.
Does Silex search my storage by itself?
No. Only the documents you attach are used in the answer. A question asked without attaching anything is answered from Silex's legal database alone.
Which documents can I see in the picker?
Only those you can open in SharePoint. A colleague's personal space or a confidential matter you are not part of does not appear.
A colleague just gave me access to a folder but I cannot see it in Silex
Permission changes are taken into account within about 30 minutes. Re-synchronise from Connected apps, then try again.
