Silo storage: what's included and how to add more
Silo is included on every Silex plan. Storage allowances range from 20 GB to 500 GB, with additional storage available as a monthly add-on.
Silo — access to connected apps — is included on every new Silex plan, including Solo. What varies between plans is the storage allowance.

Additional storage
Extra storage costs CHF 5 per 10 GB per month. The add-on is available on every plan, including Solo, and it powers both Silo Connect (indexing your own SharePoint) and SharePoint storage by Silex. You can stack as many 10 GB blocks as you need.
Who can buy the add-on
Only the organisation admin can purchase additional storage. It can be bought at any time, independently of your renewal cycle — it is billed monthly and prorated through Stripe. You can switch it off at any point, and billing stops at the next cycle.
Is there a per-file size limit?
No separate per-file limit applies. Your total storage is capped by your plan's allowance plus any add-ons purchased, and individual files simply need to fit within that overall quota.
