Understanding your transcript and exporting
What each of the five result tabs contains, where to find a finished job, and how to export the Meeting Minutes agent's output.
How long does processing take?
Processing time depends on the length and quality of the audio. The processing screen confirms: "Work in progress… You can leave the page, the agent runs in the background," and displays the file name, size, and selected meeting language for reference.
Do I have to stay on the screen while it processes?
No. You can navigate freely within Silex after clicking Start. When the transcription is ready, a toast notification appears. The completed job is also listed under Recents → Tools tab in the sidebar.
What does the result screen show?
The result screen confirms "Your transcription is ready" and displays five tabs, all sharing the same three export buttons (Copy, Download PDF, Download Docx):
-
General Summary — a concise narrative paragraph summarizing the overall conversation, its context, and key outcomes
-
Summary — a structured, detailed summary organized by topic with sub-bullets and key information highlighted
-
Action — a bulleted list of concrete action items identified from the meeting
-
Important topic — a bulleted list of the main subjects discussed during the meeting
-
Transcription — the full verbatim transcript of the audio recording
What export options are available?
From any result tab, Download PDF, or Download Docx. The export applies to all tabs.
Can I export all five tabs at once into a single document?
Yes. The export applies to all tabs only. To get only one section of the document, export in DOCX and delete the sections you don't need.
The transcript has errors or missed words. What should I do?
Download the DOCX version and correct it manually in Microsoft Word.
Where do I find my result if I dismissed the notification?
Go to Recents → Tools tab in the left sidebar. Your completed Meeting Minutes job will be listed there by file name.
