Refunds
How refunds are handled at Silex, on which payment method the money is returned, and how long it takes.
Can I be refunded?
Refunds are not automatic and are handled case by case, as a commercial gesture rather than as a right. Write to support@silex.legal explaining the circumstances.
How is a refund paid back to me?
On the card that was used for the payment — that is the only way to reverse a card debit. You do not need to do anything and the team does not need your bank details.
How long does it take?
The credit generally appears within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
Why are refunds handled restrictively?
Each refund carries bank charges, which is why it cannot be a routine practice. This is also why cancelling before your renewal date, which costs nothing and requires no notice, is always the better route.
